- All prices are shown in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. 17.5% VAT has been added to all UK deliveries, all other delivery destinations are VAT free.
We reserve the right to change the advertised prices at any time.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, if you are shopping outside the UK , your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency, payment will not be debited from your account until the goods are ready for shipment.
- We aim to ship on the day of order subject to clearance of funds; delivery will usually be within 7 days.
- If any of the items you have requested are not in stock, we will back order for you. The balance of the order will be dispatched and we will email you with the option to cancel the out of stock items if you would rather not wait.
- All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
- All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
- In the event that your order is lost or damaged in transit or the goods are faulty, retain them and advise us in writing within 10 days of receipt, we will arrange for them to be collected and exchanged or provide a full refund. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 days before contacting us.
- Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days, starting from the day after receipt of the goods without giving a reason; the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. This is your cooling off period. You do not need to return the goods within this period for you to secure a refund. A refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation, irrespective of whether the goods have been returned at this stage. If the goods have not been returned we will make a charge for collection and deduct this from the refund. This is the only charge that will be levied.
- The Fashion Alliance will only use info rmation that we collect lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart when you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses, and your details if you select the “Remember Me” option. Data collected by this site is used to:
- Take and fulfil customers orders
- Administer and enhance the site and service
- Issue a unique identifier (customer login)
- Monitor customer account status beyond that required for individual purchases
- Only disclose info rmation to third parties for goods delivery purposes
- None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
- The Contract shall be governed by the laws of England.
